Shipping
Orders will ship within 3 business days. Shipping costs will be calculated and shown on the check-out page - we currently ship only to domestic U.S. addresses.
Please take care to provide an accurate address since we cannot be responsible for replacing orders shipped to an incorrect or inaccurate address unless we caused the error.
We take care to package our candles carefully for their journey to you, but please note we cannot be responsible for damages or melting once your candle has been successfully delivered to you. Please do not leave your package in direct sun or heat for long periods of time.
Returns
We want you to love your candle as much as we loved creating it for you! If you aren't pleased with your purchase we'd love to hear your feedback and make it right. Please email us at lordslightcandle@gmail.com if your experience has been disappointing.

Damaged or Inaccurate Items

We take care to craft, pack, and ship items correctly and carefully, but accidents happen! Please email us at lordslightcandle@gmail.com within five business days if you receive the incorrect item, or if your package was damaged during shipping. Please take photos to share with us in your email along with a description of the problem. (Please note that due to the limited supply of our products, the item you ordered may have sold out, and we will issue a full refund.)
Change of Mind Returns/Exchanges
We want you to have a great experience with The Lord's Light Candle Company! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days provided products are in unused/resalable condition with all original packaging. Please email us at lordslightcandle@gmail.com for return/exchange instructions. Please note shipping costs are at customer's own expense. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 - 10 business days.
Sales Terms
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
